Zhang Bo systematically conveyed the spirit of the Two Sessions and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, and comprehensively planned the Group's key work in light of the country's 15th Five-Year Plan. He emphasized that the entire Group should translate the learning outcomes into concrete actions, focus on in-depth internal reforms such as organizational transformation and talent optimization, and effectively convert policy dividends into driving forces for high-quality development. He required management cadres at all levels to take the initiative and resolutely reject a "wait-and-see, rely-on-others, and ask-for-help" mindset. They must adhere to long-termism, stay alert to potential risks in times of prosperity, and break down the grand blueprint into detailed implementation plans with a pragmatic work style to ensure that all strategic deployments are truly implemented.

The meeting set up a main venue at the Group's headquarters and branch venues at various production bases and subsidiaries. Members of the Group's leadership team and management cadres at and above the division level attended the meeting.
