On August 17, Weiqiao Pioneering Group held a scholarship distribution ceremony for employees' children, and awarded 10,000 Yuan in college entrance examination scholarships to each of 20 employees' children with outstanding college entrance examination scores. This was the sixth time since 2016 that the Group had issued awards to the children of employees who had achieved excellent results in the college entrance examination. On the afternoon of August 17, Weiwei Industrial Park held a ceremony for awarding employees’ children’s higher education awards. Zhang Yanhong, director and deputy general manager of the Group and chairman of Weihai Weiqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park, awarded 10,000 Yuan scholarships to each of the three employees' children who achieved excellent results in the college entrance examination, and congratulated them on their excellent results and entering their favorite university.

Weiqiao Pioneering Group has always been concerned about the growth and success of employees' children. Since 2016, Weiqiao Pioneering Group has paid awards to more than 120 employees' children for six consecutive years, accumulating more than 1.3 million yuan, encouraging generation after generation of Weiqiao Pioneering employees' children to forge ahead and make progress. In order to better solve the problem of being difficult for employees' children to enter kindergartens and schools, 10 high-standard kindergartens have been specially invested and built, and local governments have been supported to build primary and secondary schools nearby in the industrial parks.
