On November 21, the 8th Wuhan University Alumni Luojia Forum was held in Yingding Library of Wuhan University.

During the forum, Mr. Wang Zhonglin, deputy secretary of CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and governor of Hubei Province, met with Mr. Zhang Bo, chairman of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group and other representatives of alumni entrepreneurs from Wuhan University. The appointment ceremony of the director of Wuhan University in 2021 was held. Han Jin, secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhan University made a speech, and Dou Xiankang, president of Wuhan University presented the appointment letter. Zhang Bo was appointed as a trustee of Wuhan University.

At the Luojia Forum Dual-Carbon Economy Summit, Zhang Bo shared his views with the theme of "Promoting High-quality Development with Dual-Carbon Goals and Contributing to Common Prosperity".

At the forum on science, technology and culture, Zhang Bo donated 10 million Yuan to his Alma mater Wuhan University on behalf of Shiping Charity Foundation to set up the "Rural revitalization Project of Enshi City of Wuhan University", taking the initiative to fulfill the social responsibility of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively linking rural revitalization. Dou Xiankang, president of Wuhan University, presented a certificate of donation to Zhang Bo.
