On February 3, a party led by Gao Xuguang, Chairman of the Weihai CPPCC and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, came to Weiqiao Pioneering Group to investigate. Fan Liansheng, Liang Jinguang, Pi Taitian, Zhang Qian, Wang Guangzhong, Sun Lihua and other leaders of Binzhou City, Zouping City and Binzhou Economic Development Zone investigated together.

Accompanied by Zhang Hongxia and Zhang Yanhong, Gao Xuguang and his party paid a visit to the Zhang Shiping Memorial Hall, and visited Weiqiao Lightweight Base, Weiqiao Super Width Green Intelligent Printing and Dyeing Upgrading and Transformation Project,  Weiqiao Textile R&D Center, Zhongke Composite Production Line, photoresist production line, Bohai Experimental School of Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Weiqiao-UCAS Research Academy (Binzhou) Science and Technology Park.
