On the morning of 19 May, the appointment ceremony of Binzhou City’s "Development Advisors" and the symposium on "Government Enterprise Unity" to promote the city’s high quality economic development was held at the headquarters of Weiqiao Pioneering Group. Song Yongxiang, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended and delivered a speech, while Li Chuntian, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the event.

At the meeting, the list of Binzhou Cite’s "development advisors" was read out. Twenty-four outstanding entrepreneurs, including Zhang Bo, chairman of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Hongxia, secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd., were appointed as "Development Advisors" in Binzhou City. Song Yongxiang and Li Chuntian issued certificates to them and the city's "Development Advisors" gave speeches respectively.

Song Yongxiang congratulated to the "Development Advisors" of Binzhou City, emphasizing that the development of Binzhou cannot be separated from entrepreneurs and achieving entrepreneurial dreams was achieving Binzhou's development dreams. The government and enterprises should work together to hand over the wonderful answer of "Shandong is ahead, how does Binzhou do?" and strive to write the most beautiful chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Binzhou.
