On January 12^th, 2023 Annual Summery Conference and Signing Ceremony for the 2024 Business Target Responsibility Statement of Weiqiao New Energy Vehicle Sector was successfully held in the HQ of Weiqiao Pioneering Group. Zhang Bo, President of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, Zhang Hongxia, Party Secretary and General Manager of Weiqiao Pioneering Group attended the conference.

Zhang Bo signed Business Target Responsibility Statement with the New Energy Vehicle HQ and Commercial Vehicle Division.

Zhang Bo stressed in his speech during the conference that we should focus on the planning and deployment proposed by the new energy vehicle management HQ, further focus on strengthening internal management, improving execution, and ensuring that all strategies are implemented properly. We will further focus on core products,key market areas, and accelerating the formation of brand effects. Further focus on core technologies, clarifying the objectives of key technology R&D, adhere to the combination of introduction and absorption and independent R&D, and better serve the product operation. We will maintain strategic determination, adhere to long-termism, give full play to the Group's advantages in industry, technology, capital and management, and steadily promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the new energy vehicle business segment.

During the conference, directors of each division delivered the annual work report and signed the Business Target Responsibility Statement.
