On August 22, Zhang Haibo, Party Secretary and Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, led a research team to investigate the operational conditions of Weiqiao Pioneering Group. Accompanying him were Li Chuntian, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Binzhou City, and other local officials.

Accompanied by Zhang Hongxia, the research team visited the Weiqiao Textile R&D Creative Achievement Exhibition Hall, the Green Intelligent Factory, the Weiqiao Lightweight Base, and the Future Smart Aluminum Electrolysis Factory.
