On March 17, a forum on public welfare cooperation between Binzhou Shiping Public Welfare Foundation and China Children and Teenagers' Foundation (CCTF) was held at the office building of the All-China Women's Federation. Present at the forum were Du Rui, Chairperson of CCTF; Li Zhongming, Vice Chairperson and Secretary-General of CCTF; Wang Haijing, Deputy Secretary-General of CCTF; Sun Dongping, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zouping Municipal Committee and Mayor of Zouping; Chen Jing, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zouping Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Zouping; Zhang Hongxia, Founding Director of Shiping Public Welfare Foundation, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Weiqiao Pioneering Group; Zhu Beina, Secretary-General of Shiping Public Welfare Foundation, and other officials.

At the forum, Du Rui spoke highly of the remarkable results of public welfare programs including "Building Bridges for Love" and "Weiqiao Hope Bathhouses". She stated that CCTF will join hands with the CPC Zouping Municipal Committee, the People's Government of Zouping and Shiping Public Welfare Foundation to deepen cooperation and support the healthy growth of more young people.

Zhang Hongxia noted that the public welfare philosophies of Shiping Public Welfare Foundation and CCTF are highly consistent. Jointly launched programs such as the "Spring Bud Program", "Building Bridges for Love" and "Weiqiao Hope Bathhouses" have targeted rural education with standardized operation and strong social influence. Cooperation between the two sides has gradually expanded from Yunnan to more provinces, extending from educational assistance to sports empowerment, with continuously deepened and broadened cooperation.
