To effectively promote the strategic implementation of building a century-old enterprise, the company launched the management trainee project this year. After several rounds of selection, 25 young reserve cadres from the production system stood out from the leaderless group interview, and 5 functional department employees were selected as the company's first batch of management trainees to attend the meeting.
