On December 17, Dong Chao, Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Court Office, visited Zouping to meet with National People's Congress (NPC) Representatives Zhang Bo, Chairman of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group, and Cui Lixin, Chairman of Shandong Innovation Group. During the visit, a discussion session was held where they attentively listened to the NPC representatives’ feedback and suggestions regarding the work of the courts. Zhu Yunsan, Senior Inspector of the Shandong Provincial High People's Court, also joined the visit. The delegation was accompanied by Lü Mingtao, Vice Mayor of Binzhou City and Secretary of the Zouping Municipal Party Committee, Xie Ping, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Zouping Municipal Intermediate People's Court, and Zhang Qian, Deputy Secretary of the Zouping Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Zouping.

        During the meeting, Zhang Bo and Cui Lixin respectively shared their insights into Shandong Province's ongoing efforts to optimize the legal business environment, innovate judicial services, reduce burdens on enterprises, protect the legitimate rights of businesses, and ensure stable business operations. They expressed sincere appreciation to the various levels of people's courts for their concern and support for the healthy and stable development of private enterprises, and they proposed suggestions such as “further improving judicial services and guarantees for private enterprises” and “reducing burdens and improving conditions for grassroots judges.”

        Dong Chao expressed respect for Zhang Bo and Cui Lixin as NPC representatives, acknowledging their commitment to “entrepreneurial spirit,” their dedication to their main business, and their outstanding contributions to driving local economic development. He also thanked them for supervising and supporting the work of the courts. Dong Chao emphasized that local governments, courts, and enterprises should continue to promote positive interaction and collaborative cooperation, fulfilling their social responsibilities, and contributing to the stable development of the region’s economy and society, achieving mutual benefit.

        After the meeting, Dong Chao and the delegation visited the Zhang Shiping Memorial Hall.
